This summer, we will be joining the larger church community around the world in using the Revised Common Lectionary for our worship services. The lectionary is a series of readings, of scripture, over a three-year period that can be used by individuals daily and by the church weekly. After three years the church would hear almost the entire Bible being read in church. We are going to journey through a portion of the lectionary and allow the scriptures to guide us for the summer. As we explore different Bible passages, we will listen to them with fresh ears, and examine our hearts and lives together.
